Mainmade LLC (“Mainmade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and diagnostic, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you use the Mainmade diagnostic or contact us, you may provide:

• Your email address.
• Your business name and website or social links.
• The answers you type into the diagnostic, which may include your name and other personal details you choose to share about you and your business.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and general location (derived from your IP address). This may involve cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and tracking” below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your diagnostic result.
• Email you your result and respond to your messages.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and the diagnostic.
• Send you marketing and informational emails about Mainmade, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time (see “Your choices”).
• Protect against fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

Service providers. We use trusted third-party companies to run our service, and they process your information only to provide services to us:

• Resend— to send the emails you receive from us.
• Supabase— to securely store your diagnostic information and lead details.
• Anthropic— your diagnostic answers are processed by Anthropic’s AI to generate your result.

Analytics and advertising providers. We use analytics and, where applicable, advertising technologies to understand how our site is used and to reach relevant audiences. These may include services such as Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, Plausible, and advertising pixels, among other similar tools we may adopt over time.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mainmade, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If Mainmade is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure usage, and (where applicable) support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

If you’ve agreed to receive marketing emails, we’ll send you occasional updates about Mainmade. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing hello@mainmade.co. We’ll still send you essential messages related to a service you’ve requested (such as your diagnostic result).

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”).

You can:

• Access or correct the information we hold about you.
• Delete your information.
• Opt out of marketing emails.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residentshave rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell your information). Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mainmade is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated to you directly.
