Terms of Use

Welcome to Mainmade. These terms explain the deal when you use our website, READ — Brand Discovery, SHAPE — Brand Playbook, BUILD — Brand System, or the invitation-only Founding 10 case-study program. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Mainmade is operated by Mainmade LLC (Delaware, United States). Questions: hello@mainmade.co.

READ — Brand Discovery · Free. A focused, guided Brand Discovery tailored to whether you are evolving an existing brand or creating a new one. It returns a useful read based on the information you provide. Brand Discovery is not a sales call, audit or workshop.

SHAPE — Brand Playbook · $250. A complete strategic playbook: the business and opportunity made clear, three distinct directions to choose from, and a Creative Brief that turns the chosen direction into a clear path for development. The Brand Playbook payment is credited toward a STANDARD Brand System if you continue.

BUILD — Brand System. STANDARD is the standardized product-led path through Mainmade’s guided experience, with standard milestones and predetermined deliverables at each stage. A Brand System project is $1,500 in total. If you continue from SHAPE, the $250 paid for your Brand Playbook applies toward that total. $750 is due to begin BUILD; the remaining $500 is due after you accept the completed Brand System. Production development and public launch are outside the STANDARD deliverables unless separately scoped.

Concierge and Premium. These are separately scoped, non-self-serve engagement paths. Availability, timing, deliverables and pricing are confirmed independently before an engagement begins. They are not offered through the STANDARD purchase path.

Founding 10. A limited, invitation-only case-study program. Invited participants may receive the Brand Playbook at no cost. Brand System work is separate unless an invitation states otherwise.

STANDARD checkout is available only after the required SHAPE work is complete and the customer is eligible for the STANDARD path. Payment is processed by Stripe. Mainmade calculates the applicable total, credit, deposit and balance from the eligible engagement rather than relying on information entered in the browser.

A payment is not confirmed merely because a browser returns from checkout. STANDARD access begins only after Mainmade verifies the signed payment record and the purchase matches the eligible engagement. If that verification cannot be completed, no engagement access or delivery access is granted; contact hello@mainmade.co rather than sending payment another way.

After verified payment, Mainmade sends a purpose-limited access message for the purchased engagement. This is a transactional service message, not marketing consent. A valid access link is limited to the intended engagement and can expire or be revoked for security, a refund/reversal, an ownership mismatch or another required protection.

Your business information and materials remain yours. You confirm that you own them or have permission to provide them for the engagement. The finished work Mainmade creates for your business is yours to use after the applicable acceptance and rights conditions are met. Mainmade’s underlying methods, templates and production systems remain Mainmade’s.

Mainmade may hold a deliverable while required rights, approvals, acceptance or payment conditions are unresolved. A refund, payment reversal, revoked access, ownership issue or delivery problem can close access or place the engagement in a recovery state while Mainmade verifies the next safe step. These protections do not give Mainmade ownership of your business materials.

Mainmade will not publish your story, name, work, business information or other customer material without your explicit permission. You may revoke that permission at any time unless we agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in a STANDARD purchase, Brand Discovery, Brand Playbook, Brand System or Founding 10 participation by itself authorizes publication. Mainmade will not knowingly publish customer-private information or third-party material without appropriate rights. You may also ask us to anonymize a named case study or correct a factual detail.

We put real care into the work, but cannot promise a specific business, market or financial outcome. The work is professional opinion and creative direction, not legal, financial or other professional advice. To the extent law permits, Mainmade is not liable for indirect or unexpected loss arising from the website or services. These terms are governed by Delaware law.
