Terms of Use
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Welcome to Mainmade. These terms explain the deal when you use our website, the diagnostic, or the Founding 10 case study program. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Mainmade is operated by Mainmade LLC (Delaware, United States). Questions: hello@mainmade.co.
What we offer
- The diagnostic — a free, short read of your business based on the answers you give us.
- The Founding 10 case study program — for a limited first group, we do the full strategy and creative work at no cost. In exchange, you agree to give a short testimonial and let us publish the work as a case study (with your name or anonymized — your choice). See “Publishing your story” below.
- Paid services may be offered later. Any paid work will have its own terms.
Your part of the deal
- Give us accurate information about your business. The quality of what we produce depends on what you tell us.
- The work we create is yours to keep and use however you like — on your own, or with us if you later want help putting it into practice.
Publishing your story (Founding 10)
The Founding 10 program is free because the finished work becomes a case study that helps us show what we do. By taking part, you give Mainmade permission to publish and share the strategy and creative work we did together, and to reference your business. You choose whether it’s shown with your name and business or kept anonymous. Because sharing the case study is the exchange for doing the work at no cost, this permission stays in place after the work is delivered rather than something you can withdraw (we may also rotate or retire case studies over time as our work evolves). You can, at any time, ask us to switch your case study to anonymous (name and business removed) or to correct a detail, and we’ll take care of it.
Who owns what
- Your business information and content stays yours.
- Mainmade’s methods, templates, and the way we work stay ours. We’re giving you the finished result to use, not the underlying system that produces it.
No guarantees
We put real care into the work, but we can’t promise specific outcomes — results depend on your business, your market, and how the work is used. What we provide is professional opinion and creative direction, not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment before acting on it.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Mainmade isn’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from the website, the diagnostic, or the program. The service is provided “as is.”
Changes
We may update these terms or the services over time. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
The basics
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If any part isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies.
